Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Autosoft).

Job Details

• As a Permanent Controller, your primary duties will include:
• Overseeing the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
• Directing and coordinating all financial planning and budget management functions.
• Managing the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies.
• Overseeing accounting operations related to our manufacturing activities, including detailed review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and analysis of results.
• Developing and implementing robust internal controls and financial procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
• Coordinating audits and proper filing of tax returns.
• Working with senior teams to grow the business by formulating strategies and plans.
• Leading and motivating the finance team to ensure a high level of performance and employee engagement.
• Managing the calculation and issuance of bonus payments.
• Utilizing autosoft software for various accounting and financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP, autosoft).
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
