Job summary

Vision Search Partners LLC is seeking an incoming Controller to support rapid growth as a private equity-backed roll-up. You will build out the people, processes, and systems to scale, driving efficiency and better decision-making across finance.

You will work closely with senior leadership on integrating acquisitions, establishing consistent processes, and introducing best practices to elevate operational effectiveness and reporting quality.

• Work closely with senior leadership on the financial integration of acquired businesses while helping establish consistent processes across the organization.
• Influence how the finance organization evolves by introducing best practices, improving workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness.

Job description

Rapidly-growing, private equity-backed roll-up expecting to triple in size in the next three to five years through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth. The incoming Controller will build out the people, processes and systems to support this growth. Responsibilities include:
