Job description

This is an opportunity that is not going to come around again in your career. Join an elite business where the exposure and name on the door will take you further than any other traditional accounting role.

My client is a world renowned private equity firm and one of the fastest growing firms in the space. The firm has built a strong track record across multiple funds and continues to grow its footprint. This team offers boutique visibility with institutional-scale resources behind it.

This isn't a back-office seat. It's a front-row view of how infrastructure investing actually works, with the accounting function positioned as a true partner to the business, not a support desk.

What You'll Own
  • Drive month-end close and deliver financial reporting leadership can actually rely on
  • Own account reconciliations and keep the general ledger clean and audit-ready
  • Manage cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and covenant compliance across the portfolio
  • Run point on fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and capital project analysis
  • Handle property tax, sales and use tax, and 1099 reporting
  • Serve as the go-to liaison for external auditors, representing the accounting function with confidence
  • Spot inefficiencies before they become problems and fix the process, not just the symptom
  • Work directly with vendors, collections, and cross-functional Controllers on the issues that actually matter
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years of accounting experience
  • Priority given to public accounting backgrounds + CPA holders
  • Excel fluency; property management/fund accounting software experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • Sharp analytical instincts and a bias toward resolving issues fast
  • Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Communication skills that hold up in a room with senior leadership and external auditors alike
Why This Role

You'd be joining a firm with real momentum, real assets, and a real seat at the table, inside a niche corner of infrastructure investing that most accounting professionals never get exposure to. If you're ready to trade routine for real ownership, this is that move.

If you're currently a high performer who is longing for an opportunity to join an elite business,
