The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a financial leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, with strong inventory management and IFRS/GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities include managing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, risk management, and mentoring a finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a financial management role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Managing the inventory control system to ensure accurate tracking, valuation, and reporting of inventory.
• Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Processing financial transactions, generate reports, and manage financial data.
• Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and plans that align with the company's objectives.
• Managing the preparation of all financial reports and statements, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinating with external auditors and managing the audit process.
• Evaluating and managing risk, implementing risk management strategies as necessary.
