Job summary

DL² Search Partners is seeking a hands-on Controller to take full ownership of financial operations, accounting functions, and audit coordination. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will oversee daily financial activities and provide strategic financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end/year-end closing, bank reconciliations, and GL management.
• Prepare rolling forecasts, handle tax compliance, and process AP/AR.
• Manage foreign consolidations and currency conversions.
• Lead external audit prep, year-end tax filings, and partner K-1 work.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in accounting with a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.
• Tech Skills: Advanced MS Excel and QuickBooks (implementation experience a plus).
• Certifications: CPA or CMA preferred, but not required.
