Job summary

Atlantic Group in South Jersey seeks a Controller to lead the accounting function, work with executive leadership, and drive improvements in financial reporting, cash flow, and controls. This hands-on leadership role offers significant exposure to ownership.

The ideal candidate is a CPA with 8-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, prior controller or senior leadership experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8-10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Previous Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
• Experience managing and developing an accounting team
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting
• Strong understanding of AR, AP, billing, cash flow, and working capital
• Advanced Excel and strong accounting/ERP systems experience
• Strong communication and analytical skills

CONTROLLER | $150K-$180K +15% Bonus | South Jersey

I’m working with a well-established and growing company that is looking to add a Controller to its leadership team.

This is a hands-on leadership role with significant exposure to executive leadership and ownership. The Controller will oversee the accounting function while helping improve financial reporting, cash flow, processes, and overall financial visibility.
