Job summary

CFS in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Controller to own the finance function in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This onsite leadership role will leverage your cost accounting and systems expertise to influence strategic decisions.

You’ll lead month‑end close, cost accounting, inventory, budgeting and variance analysis, and ensure accuracy of Epicor ERP and financial reporting. Build and mentor the accounting team while partnering with operations to boost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting leader in manufacturing
• Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise
• Hands-on experience withEpicor ERP (or similar systems strongly preferred)
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements
