CFS is seeking a Controller in Midtown, Atlanta on a hybrid schedule. This high-visibility leadership role drives NetSuite optimization, international consolidations, and global financial reporting during an acquisition and growth phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader in multinational settings.
• Deep hands-on NetSuite expertise including administration, reporting, and optimization.
• Proven success leading financial transformation and process improvements.
• Strong background in consolidations, multi-entity reporting, international operations.
• Ability to be strategic and hands-on in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite optimization, reporting enhancements, system cleanup, and process improvements as the organization's Controller.
• Oversee international consolidations and financial reporting across multiple global entities.
• Drive timely monthly close processes and deliver accurate, actionable financial insights.
• Modernize the chart of accounts, improve financial systems, and strengthen data integrity.
• Partner with leadership on acquisition planning, integration efforts, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Mentor accounting team members while helping build and scale the finance function.
