CFS seeks a strategic Controller to own the financial operations and reporting, partnering with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and key business decisions. You will lead and grow the accounting team, drive process improvements, automations, and strengthen internal controls in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis
• Oversee wholesale accounts receivable, retailer deductions, remittance reconciliations, and cash application processes
• Manage accounts payable operations, vendor relationships, and payment processes across domestic and international suppliers
• Lead inventory accounting, COGS reporting, inventory reconciliations, and gross margin analysis
• Serve as the accounting lead for ERP systems, reporting enhancements, and process improvements
• Manage accounting staff and support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional financial initiatives

Key Responsibilities For The Controller

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis

Qualifications For The Controller

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience with ownership of the full month-end close process
• Strong experience with inventory accounting, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and advanced Excel
