Job summary

OIA Global in the United States is seeking an experienced Program Manager with SAP Order Management expertise to lead the implementation and launch of a next-generation Control Tower across global supply chain operations. Location is flexible in the US from Chicago or Cincinnati.

You will own end-to-end programs, manage cross-functional teams, governance, risk, and budgets, and drive continuous improvement, automation, and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, 4PL, Control Tower, or Operations Transformation.
  • 5+ years leading major implementations, mobilisations, or transformation programs.
  • Experience working across multiple regions and functions.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and change in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery from implementation through stabilization.
  • Manage complex, cross-functional workstreams across operations, technology, finance, HR, and customer teams.
  • Own governance, risk management, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure operational readiness including processes, training, testing, cutover, and launch activities.

Are you an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in SAP Order Management and complex supply chain operations?

We are looking for a results-driven leader to spearhead the implementation and launch of a next-generation Control Tower supporting global supply chain operations. This is an opportunity to own high-profile transformation programs, work with industry-leading customers, and shape innovative operating models that drive real business impact.

Location is flexible in the US based from Chicago, Cincinnati or other locations considered.

What You'll Be Doing

As Program Manager, you will be accountable for the successful mobilization, implementation, launch, and transition to steady-state operations of customer programs.

You will:

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery from implementation through stabilization
  • Manage complex, cross-functional workstreams across operations, technology, finance, HR, and customer teams

Key Requirements

This role requires a strong understanding of SAP-enabled order management and supply chain processes. Candidates without significant SAP order management experience are unlikely to be successful in this role.

  • 10+ years in Program Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, 4PL, Control Tower, or Operations Transformation roles
  • 5+ years leading major implementations, mobilisations, or transformation programs
  • Experience working across multiple regions and functions
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills
  • Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and change in complex environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar certification
  • Experience in AI infrastructure, technology deployment, manufacturing, inventory management, or global order orchestration
  • Exposure to 24/7 operational environments and Control Tower operations
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to regional branch offices, warehouse facilities, and vendor sites as needed
  • Sitting or standing for extended periods during office work or site visits
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Regular use of computer and telephone systems
  • Occasional use of stairs or extended walking across warehouse yards
