Quickprojobs is seeking a Customer Success Manager to help launch a brand-new Control Tower for a strategic client. Location is Rosemont, IL with a hybrid schedule.

The role requires extensive SAP Order Management experience and a hands-on approach to establish processes, reporting, and customer routines that drive operational performance. You will partner with the Program Manager, oversee KPIs, governance, and reviews, manage executive stakeholder relationships, and coordinate cross-functional

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP Order Management experience.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, 4PL, Control Tower, or operations transformation.
• Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts.
• Experience managing executive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working across multiple regions and functions.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and change in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Program Manager to support the launch and ongoing development of the Control Tower, including onboarding and operational readiness.
• Help establish KPIs, reporting, governance processes, SOPs, and customer review routines.
• Act as a key day-to-day contact for customer stakeholders on operational performance and service matters.
• Monitor customer KPIs and operational performance.
• Support regular business reviews and performance discussions.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate issue resolution, root cause analysis, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to contribute to the long-term success of the customer relationship.
