Job summary

KNAPP is hiring a Control Systems Technical Trainer in Kennesaw, GA. You will develop and deliver technical training programs, design curricula aligned with ISO 9001, and communicate complex topics to varied audiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with installation, safety, and logistics teams to drive employee development. You will lead hands-on trainings, assess knowledge, and implement continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse automation environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience with control systems (PLC, low voltage).
2+ years designing and teaching technical course content.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver professional training programs aligned with global subsidiary standards.
Design effective training structure based on ISO 9001.
Communicate complex technical subjects clearly, verbally and in writing.
Conduct trainings in individual, group, online, in-person and hands-on settings.
Participate in internal and external organization of trainings.
Identify training needs from competency matrix and create development plans.
Develop tests and knowledge assessments to monitor progress.
Create instruction plans with installation, commissioning, safety, tools & supply chain specialists.
Create product guides with development and associated departments.
Serve as the training liaison to interfacing departments and drive continuous improvement.
