Qualifikationen

• Lead the site's Instrumentation and Controls team with day-to-day leadership.
• Serve as SME for control systems, automation technologies, and OT systems.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex instrumentation and control issues with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams.
• Lead capital, reliability, and continuous improvement projects from concept through implementation.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, system upgrades, and design improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and training materials.
• Manage project budgets, capital requests, and ensure compliance with regulations.
