Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline; equivalent combos considered.
• 10+ years of experience supporting industrial control systems (PLCs, DCS, HMIs) in manufacturing/ process environments.
• Proven leadership of instrumentation, controls, automation, or reliability initiatives, including capital projects.
• Strong ability to lead technical teams and partner across maintenance, operations, engineering, and contractor orgs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting mindset for complex control system issues and reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Instrumentation and Controls team with day-to-day and long-term guidance.
• Serve as SME for control systems, automation technologies, and OT systems.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex instrumentation/control issues with cross-functional teams.
• Lead capital, reliability, and CI projects from concept through implementation, including contractor oversight.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, system upgrades, and design improvements.
• Create and maintain technical docs, standards, procedures, and training materials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while managing budgets and project requests.
