Job summary

TMEIC Corporation is seeking a entry‑level engineer to provide software design technical support for control solutions and to assist with drafting and hardware design across electrical distribution and control projects in energy infrastructure. You will help create software modules, develop HMI interfaces, and produce CAD drawings under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a background in control automation, basic programming in C++, PLC/HMI languages, and are willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s in EE/CS/CE/ME with control automation coursework is preferred.
• MS degree in EE/CS/CE/MS with control automation coursework is a plus.
• Candidates should have coursework in control system theory or related topics.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Gather information to assess project requirements for assigned scope.
• Create and document software modules for control functionality.
• Develop and animate HMI software for control projects.
• Run simulations to verify software and HMI design.
• Provide status reports and assist with document control procedures.
• Create electrical and control drawings using CAD tools.
• Support hardware engineering standards and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure inter-operation of software modules.
