Job summary

TMEIC Corporation Americas in Georgia seeks an integrated software/hardware Controls engineer to support control solutions, HMI development, and drafting of electrical distribution systems for energy infrastructure projects.

You will create and simulate software modules, generate CAD drawings for electrical and control panels, and produce installation and commissioning documentation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project requirements. Domestic travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Diverse coursework in control system theory and software engineering.
• Experience with supervisory software development and programming languages.
• Familiarity with PLC/HMI programming and industrial automation tooling.
• Ability to work with CAD drawings for electrical and control panels.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and drive technologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather information to assess project requirements within assigned scope.
• Create software modules and HMI components to meet control functionality.
• Develop electrical drawings for circuits, drives, and I/O layouts.
• Produce mechanical panel layouts and enclosure drawings per standards.
• Edit drawings for As-Installed configurations and commissioning needs.
• Provide status reports and collaborate with project teams.
