Stanley Consultants is seeking a Control Systems Student Intern to join our Denver, CO office. You will work with engineers on energy, water, and campus projects, translating concepts into diagrams, lists, and specifications.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning in control systems, instrumentation, and electrical drawings, with onsite duties and mentorship from experienced engineers. Excellent communication and a strong academic record are required.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a BSEE or BSME degree program at an ABET-accredited university.
• Junior or senior working toward a BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of control and instrumentation tasks for Stanley projects.
• Assist with creating and checking P&IDs, I/O lists, data sheets, and wiring/termination drawings.
• Prepare instrument indices and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers on a variety of projects.
• Support project documentation and data management.
