Job summary

The role requires in-person attendance at our Wenatchee headquarters, with relocation reimbursement available. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree, and progressive experience across I-IV levels, including cybersecurity and NERC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field is required; Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License at hire and WA Driver’s within 30 days of hire
• Pursuant to NERC standards, Chelan County PUD conducts background screening for personnel with access to critical assets.
• Experience requirements vary by level: I 0 years; II 2+ years; III 3+ years; IV 3+ years with potential reductions for master’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Build and optimize a dedicated OT environment, including SCADA integration and cybersecurity products.
• Ensure Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures per NERC standards.
• Support Critical Systems: Develop, manage, and maintain computer-based systems and network equipment across utility functions.
• Manage Projects: Lead and support SCADA design, reliability compliance, and cybersecurity projects.
