Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Systems, Automation Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is preferred; otherwise title as Control System Specialist.
• Experience or internship in industrial automation, controls, electrical systems, instrumentation, networking, or software development.
• Willingness to travel and a preemployment drug test are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and development of SCADA, automation, instrumentation, networking, and control system solutions.
• Prepare engineering reports, assessments, studies, master plans, technical memoranda, and construction documents.
• Develop P&IDs, control narratives, instrumentation schedules, network diagrams, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and specs.
• Support PLC programming, HMI development, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Participate in field investigations, FAT/SAT, startup support, and operational readiness activities.
• Assist multidisciplinary teams with integration of instrumentation, controls, networking, cybersecurity, power, process, and mechanical systems.
• Develop innovative tech solutions including industrial networking, applied automation, analytics, AI, and OT modernization.
• Support project coordination, technical workshops, proposals, and client-facing activities.
