Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities:

• The ACaMS Program Team has been chartered with the next-generation aero engine control system's design, development, and realization.
• The ACaMS system will deliver world-class efficiency, improved diagnostics, and cyber threat protection via a modern architectural solution.
• ACaMS will serve various gas turbine engines/applications across the client portfolio.
• The scope includes control system components such as the Computing System, Health Monitoring System, and integration of Hydromechanical and Sensing/Control components.
• The team comprises Embedded Systems, Software, Electronics Designers, Safety, Certification, Quality, Component, and Applications Engineers.
• Develop safety-critical gas turbine engine control software to meet DO-178C compliance objectives.
• Support software architecture to enable software-to-software integration and testing, including product line methodologies.
• Develop and modify processes and methods to achieve compliance and optimal development pace.
• Set up and modify CI/CD frameworks to facilitate software development.
• Liaise with certification authorities to demonstrate compliance and close audit findings.

Benefits:

Pay: $72.85/hr

Hours: 40 hours/week
