Control Room Support Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a Control Room Support Coordinator to join the Release and Environment Management (REM) team. This role involves monitoring and tracking overall progress against plans. The position requires flexibility to work in either AM or PM shifts and provide weekend support as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, and production support.
• Experience in automation to streamline tasks and reduce manual intervention.
