Amrize is seeking a dedicated Control Room Operator for our Theodore Cement Plant in Alabama. You will monitor and control kiln and mill processes, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and maintain production records to support efficient operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of cement operation experience, with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Candidates must adhere to PPE and safety protocols and be willing to work rotating shifts on site.
