Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Support & Maintenance Engineer (L2/L3) in Frisco, TX to manage enterprise batch processing using Control-M, including job scheduling, monitoring, and 24x7 incident response. You will work with application, infrastructure, and database teams to ensure high availability of clinical imaging systems and radiology workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering L2/L3 support for Control-M scheduling and workload automation.
• 5+ years monitoring daily batch operations and ensuring successful job completion.
• 5+ years investigating and resolving job failures and workflow interruptions.
• 5+ years handling incidents, service requests, and problem records within SLA.
• 5+ years performing RCA and implementing preventive actions.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams during major incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support, maintenance, monitoring, and scheduling administration for Control-M.
• Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of batch workloads across distributed systems.
• Respond to incidents and outages in a 24x7 environment and drive root cause analysis.
• Create and modify Control-M jobs, folders, calendars, and dependencies.
• Configure alerts, notifications, and escalation paths; maintain runbooks and SOPs.
