Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services company, seeks IT professionals to support the Production, Scheduling and Controls Team with 24x7 enterprise scheduling and monitoring using BMC Control-M. You will analyze and optimize job schedules, assist with backups and recovery, and collaborate with Tier I/II staff to resolve outages while maintaining security standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in information technology, systems administration or other IT related field.
CompTIA Security+ Ability to maintain government clearance or investigation.

Responsibilities

Provide support services for Production, Scheduling and Controls Team.
Perform enterprise scheduling and analysis utilizing BMC Control-M software.
Monitor and analyze job schedules and consult with staff to optimize schedules.
Monitor and support IT and systems infrastructures.
Design, evaluate and implement IT tools and recovery plans.
Respond to triage requests and guide system needs and upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with minimal supervision and escalate as needed.
Create and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Review problem management and identify actions.
