Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Control-M environment, job schedules, workflows, dependencies, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with business and application partners to gather requirements and translate into Control-M solutions.
• Analyze failures, data dependencies, file transfers, and integrations to identify improvements.
• Support onboarding of new applications and design scheduling/workflows.
• Lead or support Control-M upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
• Review SOPs and runbooks to improve ops efficiency and knowledge management.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, application, security, and BMC teams for complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and monitoring to enhance platform stability.

• Analyze existing Control-M environment, job schedules, workflows, dependencies, SOPs, and runbooks to understand the end-to-end batch landscape.
• Work closely with business and application partners to gather requirements and translate them into Control-M scheduling and automation solutions.
• Analyze job failures, data dependencies, file transfers, and upstream/downstream application integrations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support new application onboarding, job scheduling design, workflow development, and integration with Control-M.
• Lead or support Control-M upgrades, migrations, modernization initiatives, patching, and environment enhancement activities.
• Review and improve SOPs, runbooks, operational processes, and documentation to strengthen support efficiency and knowledge management.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, application, security, and BMC teams for complex technical issues and platform changes.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, workload optimization, proactive monitoring, and recommendations for improving platform stability and efficiency.
