Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in providing L2/L3 Control-M scheduling and workload automation.
• 5+ years monitoring daily batch operations and ensuring successful job completion.
• 5+ years investigating and resolving job failures, scheduling issues, and workflow interruptions.
• 5+ years handling incidents, service requests, and problem records within SLA commitments.
• 5+ years performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive actions.
• 5+ years coordinating with cross-functional teams during major incidents.
• Participate in on-call support and critical production support activities.
• Control-M administration: create, modify, schedule, and maintain jobs/folders/workflows.
• Batch Operations & Monitoring: oversee batch environments and schedules.
• Change & Release Support: review and implement scheduling-related changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Control-M scheduling and workload automation.
• Monitor batch operations and ensure timely execution of critical jobs.
• Investigate failures, perform RCA, and implement fixes.
• Coordinate with application, database, and infrastructure teams during incidents.
• Support Control-M upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Document runbooks and ensure ITIL-aligned incident, change, and release processes.
