Job summary

Raag Solutions LLC. is seeking a Control Engineer with hands-on experience in Allen-Bradley PLC programming and automated vision inspection systems. You will troubleshoot automated assembly equipment, develop PLC/HMI programs, and support machine vision applications.

Responsibilities include equipment validation, and driving improvements in manufacturing efficiency. Cognex vision experience is preferred; Keyence is acceptable.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and troubleshooting
Experience with machine vision systems (Cognex/Keyence) a plus
Familiarity with HMI, electrical schematics and safety standards
Ability to perform equipment qualification and validation

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot automated assembly equipment in production lines
Develop and modify PLC/HMI programs for optimized control
Support machine vision applications and validation activities
Improve manufacturing efficiency and process reliability
Conduct DFMEA/PFMEA and machine risk assessments
