Job summary
Raag Solutions LLC. is seeking a Control Engineer with hands-on experience in Allen-Bradley PLC programming and automated vision inspection systems. You will troubleshoot automated assembly equipment, develop PLC/HMI programs, and support machine vision applications.
Responsibilities include equipment validation, and driving improvements in manufacturing efficiency. Cognex vision experience is preferred; Keyence is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and troubleshooting
- Experience with machine vision systems (Cognex/Keyence) a plus
- Familiarity with HMI, electrical schematics and safety standards
- Ability to perform equipment qualification and validation
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot automated assembly equipment in production lines
- Develop and modify PLC/HMI programs for optimized control
- Support machine vision applications and validation activities
- Improve manufacturing efficiency and process reliability
- Conduct DFMEA/PFMEA and machine risk assessments

- PLC Programming: Ladder Logic, SCL, FBD, Graph
- Automated Vision Inspection: Cognex or Keyence
- HMI: FactoryTalk View ME/SE
- Electrical Schematics and Controls Troubleshooting
- Servo Motors, Stepper Motors, and Motion Controllers
- Equipment Qualification and Validation
- DFMEA, PFMEA, Machine Risk Assessment, and CTQ
- OEE Improvement and Root Cause Analysis
- NFPA Standards and Automated Assembly Equipment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Controls, or Electromechanical Engineering preferred
