Accurate Personnel in Islandia, New York is hiring a Control Center Supervisor to oversee end-to-end movement of goods from vendors to distribution centers. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills with a focus on reducing costs and improving supply chain performance.

You will develop reporting, analyze operations data, and collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, and Project Management to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Experience in supply chain or logistics environments preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of Distribution Center operations and warehousing systems

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a log of operational issues across the customer and distribution network
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities affecting service or performance
• Analyze large volumes of supply chain data including production, shipment, and service levels
• Review underperforming areas and identify root causes and corrective actions
• Develop analytical tools and utilize databases to improve decision-making
• Communicate with vendors and cross-functional teams to address issues
• Publish regular nationwide reports (Discrepancy Monitoring & Service Level) on schedule
• Lead and manage a diverse team, setting priorities and deadlines
• Support forecasting and capacity planning for shipments and resources
