Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the Product Support team and provide daily control account management for assigned control accounts. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, develop budgets and schedules, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.

This onsite role requires coordination with cross-functional teams, earned value management (EVM) reporting, risk management, and compliance with EVMS standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Raytheon EVMS Certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and perform meaningful control measures for program cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Complete monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs and provide EVM reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy, risk management, and EVMS compliance.
