Job summary

Consolidated Nuclear Security (CNS) at Y-12 in Oak Ridge seeks an experienced project controls professional to lead planning, scheduling, and cost management across complex DOE projects. You will integrate Earned Value Management, manage multiple scopes, and provide tools for cost and schedule oversight to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers and DOE/NNSA stakeholders, opportunities for advancement, and a strong focus on compliance and risk

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s with 3+ years.
DOE/DOE-EM project controls knowledge and Earned Value Management experience.
Strong communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and direct PM activities to meet project mission.
Provide technical aptitude, integration, and leadership for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Ensure PM tools to confirm projects are on track and within budget.
Manage cost, schedule, risk, and forecasts across multiple scopes.
Identify changes to scope and communicate impact with client and PM.
Integrate cost/schedule data with accounting and MIS systems.
Interact with internal/external stakeholders to gather input.
Lead organization toward established visions and objectives.
