Job summary

Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN seeks an LPF Project Controls Schedule Analyst to drive cost and schedule performance on assigned projects. You will plan, monitor, and report on project schedules, costs, and risk, ensuring alignment with DOE and plant directives.

The role requires strong EVMS knowledge, experience with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and WebEVM, and the ability to collaborate with Project Managers and external stakeholders; a U.S. DOE clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 3+ years; alternate: 12+ years education/experience accepted.
• Demonstrated knowledge of control systems, EVMS, and project management processes.
• Strong oral and written communication across all levels and external stakeholders.
• Ability to identify resources and solve project schedule and cost problems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and directs activities to meet PM mission and responsibilities.
• Provides leadership for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on multiple scopes.
• Ensures tools for PMs to keep projects on track, on budget, and compliant.
• Involves scope, cost, and schedule integration planning and control.
• Manages data collection, forecast to complete, and performance reporting.
• Tracks changes to project scope with visibility on cost and schedule impact.
