Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with identifying risks, contingencies and validating cost estimates
• Develop corrective actions and trends to address PMB deviations
• Lead the development of mitigation strategies for risks over the life of the control accounts
• Coordinate with Product and Process Engineers to manage assigned control accounts

What You'll Do

The Control Account Manager (CAM) supports the DSW Program Managers and is responsible for managing the cost and schedule performance of assigned control accounts. The CAM serves as the primary point of contact for planning, execution and reporting by leveraging strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibility for:

• Ensures that Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) principles are followed, and the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) is correct,including preparation of Variance Analysis Reports (VARs) monthly to explain deviation in performance from the baseline schedule
• Provide Monthly Earned Value status for each assigned Control Account
• Ensure execution organizations have the correct charge numbers for the work being performed
• Assist the program managers with identifying risks, contingency, and validating cost estimates for anything that prohibits the scope withinassigned Control Accounts from being accomplished within the baseline cost and schedule perimeters
• Develop corrective actions and write trends as necessary to address deviations for the PMB
• Leading the development of mitigation strategies for the associated risks throughout the life of the Control Accounts
• Coordinating with Product and Process Engineers to effectively manage assigned control accounts
