Job summary

Digital Home Systems is seeking a talented and self-motivated Programmer / Service Manager to join our growing team, specializing in luxury home automation. You’ll program, configure, and support Control4, Lutron, and Savant systems for high-end residential clients.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages client relationships, and brings strong IT and networking knowledge to the role. Nights and weekends availability is expected for remote or onsite emergencies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with at least one major automation platform (Control4, Lutron, Crestron, or Savant).
• Experience or familiarity with other automation platforms is a strong plus.
• Lutron HomeWorks Programming experience preferred
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, routers, switches, and IP configuration.
• IT background or experience with system integrations is a plus but not required.
• Excellent troubleshooting, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
