ProSource, a growing smart home and automation company specializing in luxury technology, is seeking an experienced Control4 Programmer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in Control4 programming and system setup; certification preferred.
• 3+ years experience installing, calibrating, whole-house audio/video, home theaters, surround sound systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background screening.
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call service schedule.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission residential & commercial automation systems.
• Program and troubleshoot Control4 automation systems.
• Perform advanced audio/video installations and calibrations.
• Configure and troubleshoot residential & commercial networks.
• Install and integrate surveillance, LED lighting, landscape lighting, motorized shade systems and other third-party products.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues independently in the field.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and installation standards.

What You'll Do:

• Install, configure, and commission residential & commercial automation systems
• Program and troubleshoot Control4 automation systems

• 3-5 years experience in security systems: wiring, setup, programming, troubleshooting, setup monitoring services (Honeywell, DSC)
• 3-5 years experience in CCTV systems: wiring, design, setup, troubleshooting
• 3-5 years experience in structure wiring: cabling, terminations, testing
