Job summary

Feld Entertainment seeks a detail-oriented contracts professional to prepare, review, and finalize Domestic engagement contracts and related documents for rehearsals and productions. You will research and analyze contract history, address issues, and ensure accurate records within the engagement information system.

You will work with the Booking Director, Contracts Director, in-house counsel, and Risk Management to maintain compliance and timely updates while shaping efficient contracting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience handling contractual documents.
• Careful contract and document review for accuracy and compliance.
• Follow policies and procedures to minimize risk and maintain consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support favorable, compliant agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation, review, editing, and documentation of contracts, addendums, amendments, and related correspondence.
• Maintain and file all documentation in the appropriate system for accuracy and accessibility.
• Analyze contract history and issues; prepare contracts based on deal points through completion.
• Input and monitor itineraries, contract details, and venue attributes in the engagement information system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract compliance and timely updates.
