Feld Entertainment in the United States seeks a Tour Business Manager to serve as the primary financial manager for live entertainment shows in the USA and international engagements. You will liaison between corporate, tour, and venues, review contracts, manage box office statements, settlements, budgets, payroll data, and expense reporting to ensure accurate, timely payments and compliance.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in accounting, finance or related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience with functional ownership, including planning, execution, performance management and decision-making within a business area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to work on a broad range of financial/accounting projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary liaison between corporate, tour, and venue for assigned engagements.
  • Review all engagement contracts & addenda for terms and conditions of assigned engagements.
  • Review and validate box office statements documenting ticket sales and distribution.
  • Administer and track usage of complimentary tickets, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Prepare a preliminary pre-settlement for each engagement covering contractual provisions and anticipated costs.
  • Conduct final settlements with local promoter or venue for each engagement.
  • Manage local show expenses, taxes, performer fees, etc.
  • Maintain personnel manifests for foreign tax reporting/withholding.
  • Review support documentation and submit vendor payments for approval.
  • Monitor actual vs. budgeted costs and assist in creating budgets for show overhead and local engagement costs.
  • Assist with payroll information for unit employees and submit to corporate Payroll on deadlines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and post-engagement reports as required by policies.
  • Manage expense report processing (Travel and Entertainment program – Concur) and AmEx payments for bookings.
  • Create and manage purchase order process for tour expenses (marketing, local costs).
  • Assist accounting with monthly accruals for tour expenses.
  • Other projects as assigned.
