Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a contracts professional to assist the Legal team with drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring accuracy of documents for operational and project teams in Orlando.

You will maintain the in-house knowledge database, file and track contractual obligations, and conduct research on related laws and regulations such as alcoholic beverages, state and federal aviation, and gift cards, while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year contract experience required; or equivalent.
• Excellent contract writing skills required.
• Writing sample required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and revising NDAs, scopes of work, MSAs, concessions, leases.
• Route documents for internal/external approvals and execution.
• Prepare amendments/extensions to contract documents.
• Research laws and regulations related to beverages, aviation, and gift cards.
• Maintain contract files and internal knowledge base.
• Provide training with Supervisor assistance.
• Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
