Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Contracts Administrator for the Integrated Defense Systems team in Lansdale, PA. You will assist with contracts, amendments, and terminations, and support cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely renewals.

The role requires experience in government or commercial contracting and the ability to work with Program Management, Customer Service and Finance. A bachelor’s degree and security clearance eligibility are valued as part of the qualification set.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in government and/or commercial contracting.
• Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Represent the company on routine and complex transactions with customers and supply chain.
• Provide contract and proposal advice to business leads and supply chain leaders.
• Maintain organized contract records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
