Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to drive procurement of materials and services, ensure compliance, and evaluate bids. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and operate on a hybrid schedule from Tempe, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; Clearwater, FL; or Norcross, GA.

Ideal candidates bring DoD procurement experience, knowledge of FAR/DFAR, and a track record managing subcontracts through all program phases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, Supply Chain.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
