Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to drive procurement of materials and services, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while evaluating bids. You will report to the Director of Strategic Sourcing and work on a hybrid schedule from Tempe, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, Clearwater, FL or Norcross, GA.

The role requires 3+ years in procurement/subcontracts administration with DoD/DFAR exposure, strong negotiation, and familiarity with SAP and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement/subcontracts administration, L&C, or supply chain.
• Negotiation and contract management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive procurement of materials and services and subcontract administration.
• Evaluate bids and proposals and resolve subcontract issues.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR where applicable.
• Report to Director of Strategic Sourcing and collaborate with stakeholders.
