SEI Investments Company is seeking a Junior Transactional Attorney to draft, negotiate and manage commercial contracts across our business units. You will partner with product, operations, client teams and executives to ensure contracts align with SEI’s risk, governance and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, comfort with a fast-paced environment and authorization to practice law in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in transactional/corporate matters relevant to commercial contracts.
• Ability to educate internal clients on positions during negotiations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, negotiating and advising stakeholders on commercial contracts using SEI templates.
• Educating internal clients on negotiation positions and issues.
• Solving legal, risk and business issues in commercial transactions.
• Applying regulatory changes to new and existing contracts.
• Managing multiple concurrent projects and contract files.
