Amentum is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). The role covers the full lifecycle of contract administration for complex government programs, including negotiating terms, ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance, and supporting proposal development.

You will work with program managers and finance, conduct price analysis, maintain records in contract systems, and ensure audit readiness. A DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of contracting, subcontracting and/or procurement experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

Minimum Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 - $90,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
