Job summary

EXPANSIA, part of the Aether Aerospace platform, seeks a Contracts Administrator to manage federal government contracts and subcontracts across multiple business units. You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, lead negotiations, and collaborate with Program Management, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Experience in federal government contracting and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS compliance and contract closeout processes.
• Experience in negotiating terms and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer full lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, task orders, and modifications.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contract agreements ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor funding, burn rates, and performance to support financial management.
• Prepare program financial reports and provide updates to leadership to drive decisions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Pricing, and Program Management on contract performance and obligations.
