Concurrent Real-Time in Florida is seeking a driven Manager, Contracts to lead the support operations and manage service maintenance contracts at the National Dispatch Center. This role emphasizes accuracy, coordination, and customer focus.

Responsibilities include updating installed service and software databases, preparing quotations, reviewing purchase orders, and producing revenue reports. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in a customer service or support environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in database management and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Installed Service database and Service Maintenance Contracts.
• Manage and update the software database.
• Prepare and follow up on maintenance quotations.
• Review purchase orders and establish associated contracts and invoicing documentation.
• Generate and distribute reports covering new contracts, renewals, and non-renewals.
• Prepare and validate revenue reports.
• Provide backup coverage for the support hotline, including coverage verification, open call management, and field engineer coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on new procedures and testing initiatives.
