Concurrent Real-Time is seeking a driven Manager, Contracts to lead service maintenance contracts and support the National Dispatch Center. The role emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and customer focus within a real-time tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or support environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in database management and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Installed Service database and Service Maintenance Contracts.
• Manage and update the software database.
• Prepare and follow up on maintenance quotations.
• Review purchase orders and establish associated contracts and invoicing documentation.
• Generate and distribute reports covering new contracts, renewals, and non-renewals.
• Prepare and validate revenue reports.
• Provide backup coverage for the support hotline, including coverage verification, open call management, and field engineer coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on new procedures and testing initiatives.
