Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management, project management, or customer success in industrial sectors.
• Experience managing customer-facing commercial agreements and service contracts.
• Strong business acumen with ability to manage financial commitments and SLAs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Own customer subscription service agreements and ensure successful execution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor compliance with SLAs, obligations, performance metrics, and financial targets.
• Identify growth opportunities with regional Sales and Service teams and develop value-added services.
• Lead contract governance activities, business reviews, and risk management.
• Coordinate safety programs, quarterly reviews, and training to meet HSE standards.
• Manage a portfolio of subscription-based service agreements across multiple industries.
• Drive scheduling, milestones, proofs of delivery, invoicing support, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize contract performance and customer retention.
• Maintain contract records, forecasts, and performance reports while mitigating risks.
