Bridgeway, a Pittsburgh-based transportation provider, seeks a Contract Administrator to support risk mitigation, negotiation, and contract management across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and prioritizing requests to maintain quick turnaround without sacrificing quality. This role requires attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or a combination of school/work experience.
• Paralegal Certificate a plus, not required.
• Trucking/ Transportation industry experience (preferred).
• Must be able to handle various tasks at one time, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Time management, professional communication skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with a team at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with: Multi line phone system, Microsoft Office Suite, eDocument Management (Docusign), Preparation, Adjustment, Filing.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts presented to the enterprise.
• Ensure quick turnaround of incoming contract requests while maintaining quality.
• Prioritize contract file reviews to avoid unnecessary liability and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process insurance requests for all brands within the organization as needed.
• Port registrations for drivers where needed.
