Job summary

HDR is seeking a Commercial Management Coordinator to partner with operations leadership and project managers to develop and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and related project documents. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Ideal candidates bring experience in architecture/engineering procurement, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination within fast-paced project teams and a commitment to HDR's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Architecture/Engineering, Design-Build, P3, project management, or project controls environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, business, law or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a high performing team structure in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with good communication and people skills.
• Committed to quality and HDR's values.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Assist in preparing subcontracts and processing contract change orders.
• Assist in data analysis and tracking for projects.
• Support project startup, execution, and close-out documentation.
