Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Architecture/Engineering, Design-Build, P3 or related fields.
• Experience negotiating contracts for architecture/engineering projects.
• Experience with claims defense, production, resolution, and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Contract management across prime and subcontract agreements.
• Monitor compliance and administer change orders.
• Prepare and maintain contract records and communications.
• Support project controls with schedule and cost coordination.
• Lead contract negotiations and documentation during project lifecycle.
